Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Credit Dispute Team Manager to oversee a team of 4 credit disputers handling client disputes inside our CRM system. This role requires someone knowledgeable in credit repair processes, dispute workflows, and team management to ensure disputes are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of 4 credit disputers
• Process and monitor credit disputes inside Client Dispute Manager (CRM)
• Ensure disputes are sent using company-provided dispute letters
• Review dispute work for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain dispute timelines and ensure all client files are updated
• Provide support and guidance to dispute specialists
• Track team productivity and ensure daily tasks are completed
Requirements:
? Previous experience with credit repair and credit dispute processing
? Client Dispute Manager (CDM) experience required
? Prior team management or leadership experience
? Strong understanding of credit bureau dispute processes (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
? High attention to detail and organization
? Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Compensation:
• $5 per hour
• Average monthly earnings: $800 – $1,000 depending on hours and performance
