Now Hiring: Credit Dispute Specialist
Are you detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and passionate about helping clients improve their credit? We’re seeking a Credit Dispute Specialist to join our team and manage the full lifecycle of client disputes—from reviewing credit reports to submitting dispute letters and tracking outcomes.
This role goes beyond typical credit repair: you’ll be filing disputes with the Big 3 credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and with regulatory and oversight bodies such as CFPB, BBB, ATG, and FTC. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients throughout the dispute process, ensuring accurate, timely resolutions while maintaining exceptional client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Dispute & Account Management
- Review client credit reports to identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
- Prepare, submit, and track dispute letters with the Big 3 credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
- File disputes and complaints with CFPB, BBB, ATG, and FTC
- Monitor dispute timelines and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Analyze bureau, creditor, and regulatory responses for accuracy and compliance
- Keep clients updated on progress and next steps
- Maintain detailed records of dispute activity and outcomes
Administrative & CRM
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (Go High Level & CRC preferred)
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to credit repair
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in credit repair or credit disputes
- Proven experience in appointment setting or client outreach (credit repair experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of credit reporting, dispute processes, and relevant laws (FCRA, FDCPA)
- Experience filing disputes with credit bureaus and regulatory agencies (CFPB, BBB, ATG, FTC) a plus
- Professional phone and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- CRM experience (Go High Level preferred)
