About You
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Australian mortgage industry and ready for a new challenge
-Strong understanding of residential lending, including investment loans, refinances, and first home buyers
-Enjoy “dotting i’s” and “crossing t’s”
-Highly organised with great attention to detail
-Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
-Collaborative, proactive, and enjoy solving problems creatively
Your Role with SUM+
As a Credit Analyst at SUM+, you will play a key role in assessing loan applications, analysing financial information, and supporting brokers to deliver tailored lending solutions. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the credit process while helping clients achieve their property goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Utilise MyCRM, BrokerEngine, ApplyOnline, and Simpology to manage loan workflows
-Manage loan files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
-Assist brokers with lender research and product comparisons
-Review financials to assess borrowing capacity
-Work with brokers to structure deals and find suitable lending options
-Prepare and submit compliant, high-quality loan applications
-Track application progress and resolve issues promptly

Additional Information
This role is offered on an ongoing contractor basis. Contractors are responsible for their own government and personal lodgements. Proof of registration is required within two months of hire.
