JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

Noor Locums is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist with a strong background
in hospital privileging and provider enrollment. This role supports our locum tenens
physician division by managing credentialing files from document collection through
hospital approval and payer enrollment.
The ideal candidate has experience working with hospital medical staff offices, locum
tenens agencies, healthcare staffing firms, or third-party credentialing organizations.

Key Responsibilities
> Prepare and submit hospital privilege applications for physicians and advanced practice
providers
> Collect and verify credentialing documents including licenses, DEA, board certifications,
malpractice history, and references
> Coordinate credentialing activities with hospital medical staff offices, providers, and
recruiters
> Track application status and ensure timely completion of all credentialing requirements
> Assist with Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment
> Maintain credentialing checklists and ensure files are compliant and complete

Required Qualifications
> 2+ years of healthcare credentialing experience
> Direct experience processing hospital privileging applications
> Experience working with hospital medical staff offices or healthcare staffing agencies
> Knowledge of credentialing documentation and compliance requirements
> Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience
> Locum tenens credentialing experience
> Medical Staff Coordinator or hospital credentialing background
> Medicare / Medicaid provider enrollment experience
> Experience working in fast-paced healthcare staffing environments
