JOB OVERVIEW

Magnifiscent is a fast growing premium home fragrance brand operating across the UK, US, and Australia. We specialise in waterless diffuser technology and hotel style scents.

We are hiring a full time Creator and Affiliate Manager to own TikTok Shop growth, manage creators and affiliates across platforms, and build a private creator community on ---------- .

This is a front facing role. Strong spoken and written English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creators and affiliates across TikTok Shop and other affiliate platforms
• Own creator outreach, onboarding, activation, and performance follow ups
• Manage TikTok Shop listings, campaigns, promotions, and GMV tracking
• Coordinate LIVE sessions, Spark Ads, and TikTok Shop promotions
• Build and manage a private ---------- community for creators and affiliates
• Jump on live calls with creators, affiliates, or founders when needed
• Communicate clearly with founders and provide weekly performance updates

Requirements

• Fluent, confident spoken English with strong written ability
• Clear understanding of both British and American English
• Comfortable leading live video or voice calls without scripts
• Comfortable using ---------- daily for community building and creator support
• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator management, influencer marketing, or affiliates
• Familiar with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Google Sheets, Slack, and Canva
• Strong organisation, follow through, and accountability
• Enjoys helping others succeed and building long term relationships, not just managing tasks
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup

This role is not suitable for candidates who prefer text only communication or avoid live calls.

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm UK time
• One hour unpaid break

This is a full time role requiring consistent availability.
As performance and trust are established, there is potential to move to more flexible core hours.
