JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Creator Sourcing Specialist to join our fast-growing creator team.

This role is the discovery engine of our UGC program. You'll spend your day on Instagram finding creators who fit our campaigns, reaching out to them, and keeping our outreach pipeline organized in Google Sheets. If you're a fast typer, communicate clearly in English, and have a sharp eye for spotting great creators, this could be a great long-term fit.

We care less about previous experience and more about finding someone who is dependable, consistent, organized, and able to put in real daily volume without cutting corners.

What You'll Do

Scroll Instagram daily to find creators who would be a good fit for our campaigns
Evaluate creators against our fit criteria (niche, content style, engagement, audience)
Send outreach messages to creators we want to work with
Log every creator and outreach touchpoint in our Google Sheet: who we found, who we contacted, who replied, and their current status
Follow up with creators who haven't responded
Flag standout creators and edge cases to the team lead
Help improve our sourcing criteria and outreach templates over time

What We're Looking For

Fast, accurate typing: you'll be sending a high volume of messages and updating sheets all day
Fluent, well-spoken written English
Strong working knowledge of Instagram (Reels, creator profiles, engagement signals, UGC in general)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills — clean, consistent data entry
Reliable high-speed internet
Strong attention to detail and organized record-keeping
Consistent hard worker who can sustain daily volume — 40+ hours per week
Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
Reliable and consistent attendance

About the Role

Long-term position
Full-time, 40+ hours per week, US hours
$6.50/hour (with room for growth based on performance)
Daily sourcing targets and consistent workload
Opportunity for growth into team lead / creator ops responsibilities
You'll be part of a larger team supporting a fast-growing UGC operation
