JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Creator Sourcing Specialist to build out the creator directory. You'll research and identify creators across YouTube and other platforms, vet them against a clear set of criteria (active store, clippable content, minimum subscriber count), and compile their public information into a shared tracker for onboarding. This is a research and judgment-driven role, not data entry, you'll need a good eye for which creators are a strong fit versus which just look good on paper. This is a full-time position starting with a one-month trial period, with the potential to continue based on performance.

Skills
Research, Data Entry / Spreadsheet Management, Social Media — the core of the role is finding and vetting creators across platforms, logging creators accurately into a shared tracker.
