JOB OVERVIEW

# Creator Research & Vetting Role

## About Ambivon

Ambivon helps online creators grow their digital product businesses.

We work with creators who sell courses, coaching, and paid communities, helping them improve their offers, funnels, and paid acquisition.

Before we reach out to any creator, we research them carefully to make sure they are a good fit. That research is the main focus of this role.

## The Role

Your job is to find and vet creators who match our ideal profile, then add the qualified ones to our outreach tracker.

The target is **5 fully qualified creators per day**, including the key information, metrics, and links we need before outreach begins.

## What You’ll Do

- Find creators who match our criteria, mainly through Instagram using suggested accounts, hashtags, competitor followers, and similar profiles.
- Review each creator’s follower count, engagement rate, comment quality, like quality, audience authenticity, content style, and audience location.
- Check whether their audience looks genuine rather than inflated by fake, bot, or low-quality followers.
- Confirm that they sell a real digital product, such as a course, coaching programme, or paid community.
- Review how they currently sell it, including their link in bio, sales page, lead magnet, Linktree, Stan Store, Skool, Kajabi, or similar.
- Add the **5 creators who fully qualify** to our shared tracker each day, along with their links and relevant metrics.

## Ideal Creator Profile

We are mainly looking for creators who:

- Have **200K–500K Instagram followers**
- Have **under 100K YouTube subscribers**
- Sell a **course, coaching programme, or paid community**

## Who We’re Looking For

You should already have experience finding or researching creators, ideally for influencer campaigns, brand deals, ecommerce shoutouts, or similar work.

You should be comfortable using tools such as **Social Blade, Modash, or HypeAuditor**, and be able to judge whether a creator’s audience and engagement look genuine.

You should also understand that follower count alone does not make someone a good prospect. We want someone who can look at two creators with similar audience sizes and understand why one is a much stronger business opportunity than the other.

You should be organised, reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working towards a clear daily target.

## Nice to Have

- Experience researching creators in education, business, coaching, or course-based niches
- Familiarity with platforms such as **Linktree, Stan Store, Skool, and Kajabi**
- A good understanding of how creators turn their audience into customers

## Hours

Part-time, approximately **3 hours per day, Monday to Friday**.
