Creator Partnerships Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, Monday to Friday) Salary: $450 – $600 USD/month, depending on experience.

ABOUT US
We are a European e-commerce brand selling personalised jewelry. Small team, direct communication, everything in English.

We run a creator program where content creators receive free product, make short-form video, and earn commission on the sales their content generates. It works. It just needs someone who runs it properly, every day.

THE ROLE
You own our creator program end to end.

Managing the creator pipeline. Every creator moves through a number of stages before their first video goes live. You keep track of exactly where each one is, follow up on a fixed rhythm, and chase our suppliers when a sample is delayed. You tell the creator what's happening before they have to ask.

Finding new creators. You get a fixed number of invitations to send every working day, and you use all of them. Not on the biggest accounts, on the right ones: clean natural-light filming, strong close-up work, an audience that actually engages.

Reviewing video. This is where the job gets interesting. Every video is checked against our written standard before it goes live. Clear yes or no, and when it's a no you tell the creator exactly what to change. The founder reviews alongside you for the first two weeks so you learn what we look for. After that it's yours.

Seasonal campaigns. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day. You set these up in advance and brief our best creators, so the content exists before the season starts instead of during it.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We can teach you our product. We can teach you our platform. We cannot teach you attention to detail.

The person we want notices that the hook lands at four seconds instead of two. That the product goes out of focus in the third shot. That a creator's last three posts got half the engagement of the ones before. That the tracker says "shipped" but the tracking number never moved.

Most people watch a video and say "nice, good lighting". We are looking for the person who says "no, and here is exactly why, and here is what to change".

That is the whole job. Everything else is process.

REQUIRED
- 2+ years managing creators, influencers or affiliate partners for a brand or agency
- Excellent written English. You write to creators in the US and Europe every day and it has to sound human
- A genuine eye for video. You can watch ten seconds and name what works and what doesn't
- Self-managing. You track things without being asked and follow up without being reminded
- Comfortable in Google Sheets

A plus:
- Experience with a creator platform such as Trybe, Aspire, GRIN or similar
- E-commerce or Shopify background
- Jewelry, fashion or beauty

Not needed:
- You do not edit video yourself
