JOB OVERVIEW

VIXA is a new AI dating clarity app for women. We are building our creator program from the ground up and need a Creator Outreach Specialist to help us grow it.

What you will do:
- Send personalized opening messages to verified content creators (no copy paste templates, every message needs at least 1 specific detail about that creator)
- Run the follow up sequence until you get a reply
- Book calls with creators who are interested
- Get creators to join our ---------- server and stay active there
- Help creators finish their first paid trial video

How to message creators (this is how we expect every message to look):
1. Mention 1 real detail about that creator. Example: a recent video they posted, their niche, or their follower count. No generic compliments.
2. State 1 clear offer in a single sentence. Example: "$1 per 1,000 views, up to $1,000 per video."
3. End with 1 clear next step. Example: "Want me to send you the details and a link to join?" Never end with a vague line like "let me know."
4. Add 1 line of proof. Example: "VIXA is a real app, live in the App Store."
5. Keep it short. A few sentences, not a long paragraph. 1 link maximum.
6. If they do not reply in 48 to 72 hours, send 1 short follow up. If still no reply after that, send 1 final short message and move on.
7. Never sound desperate or pushy. Sound like a professional offering a real paid opportunity.

You can use Claude AI or ChatGPT to help you draft your messages, but every message must still be personalized and unique.

Pay:
- $5.00 to $8.00 per hour to start
- $2.00 to $3.00 bonus for every creator who replies
- $5.00 to $10.00 bonus for every creator who joins our ---------- server
- $15.00 to $25.00 bonus for every creator who finishes their first paid trial video
- Once you get 5 or more creators through the full process, your hourly rate goes up to $10.00 or more

Hours: 10 hours per week to start, moving up to 20 to 25 hours per week for strong performers. Goal: reach out to 20 to 30 new creators every week.
