JOB OVERVIEW

I run The UGC Agency (theugc.agency) - the #1 ranked UGC agency on Google for "UGC Agency" in the UK and US. We've worked with brands like Bumble, PepsiCo, Philips, Indeed, and Badoo.

We have a database of nearly 4,000 inbound-signed-up creators across 50+ countries, all niches and platforms. I need a Creator Outreach Specialist to:

Match creators from our database to client briefs (filter, shortlist, DM, confirm)
Run outbound outreach on X, TikTok, and Instagram to grow our roster and fill niche gaps

What You'll Do:

- When a brief comes in (e.g. "5 US female fitness creators, 10K-50K followers"), filter our database, shortlist matches, DM them, and confirm interest
- Run daily outbound outreach on X, TikTok, and Instagram to add NEW creators to our database
- Focus outbound on niches where we're light (gaming, financial, dating, healthcare, etc.)
- Send personalised DMs using our outreach playbook - friendly, on-brand, high response rate
- Qualify creator responses and hand off to me/our campaign manager
- Track outreach metrics weekly: DMs sent, response rate, qualified leads, brief matches
- Keep records clean in Google Sheets

What I Need From You:

- 1+ years experience in influencer/creator outreach OR social media management
- Strong written English (your DMs need to sound human, not spammy)
- Confident on X, TikTok, and Instagram
- Detail-oriented - you'll be working with thousands of creator records
- Self-directed, comfortable with daily targets
- 6 hours/day, 6 days/week, EU hours overlap (UTC+2)
- Stable home setup, reliable internet

Bonus If You Have:

- Worked at a UGC agency, influencer marketing platform, or creator-economy startup
- Used creator discovery tools (Modash, Heepsy, etc.)
- Familiar with TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Experience matching creators to brand briefs
