About the Role
This is a mid-level hybrid role sitting at the intersection of creator acquisition and operational excellence. You will be the engine that keeps a steady flow of qualified creators moving into our sales pipeline, and the safeguard that ensures nothing falls through the cracks once a deal is closed.
You will not be running sales calls — our partner handles those. What you will own is everything that happens before and after: sourcing and engaging creators across platforms, filling the partner's calendar with qualified prospects, and then taking full ownership of the contract, onboarding, and setup process from signature through to kickoff.
This role is well suited to someone who has spent two or more years in outreach, partnerships, operations, or a similar function and is ready to take on broader ownership across a full creator lifecycle. You bring structure, initiative, and a closer's mentality to everything you do.
What You Will Be Doing Lead Generation & Outreach
- Proactively source and qualify creators across
- Identify and obtain personal contact information using a combination of manual research techniques and specialist tooling
- Execute outreach via direct messaging and
- Develop and bring your own lead generation ideas and angles alongside established playbooks — we want your thinking, not just your execution
- Build and maintain clean, accurate lead and pipeline records in Airtable with rigorous data hygiene
- Book qualified prospects directly into the partner's calendar for closing calls
Contract Management & Creator Onboarding
- Upon deal closure, assume full ownership of the post-sale process
- Issue contracts reflecting each creator's specific commercial terms — precision here is non-negotiable, as we are legally bound by what is documented
- Manage signature collection and all back-and-forth on amendment requests, including drafting redlines with AI assistance and routing documents through DocuSign
- Set up each signed creator in Google Chat and Notion in accordance with our standard operating procedures
- Schedule kickoff calls with our Head of Client Success to ensure a seamless handover
What We Are Looking ForExperience & Track Record
- 2+ years of experience in a role involving outreach, business development, partnerships, operations, or a closely related function
- Some exposure to cold outreach with measurable results — you do not need an extensive track record, but you should be able to speak to what worked and why
- Experience maintaining records in Airtable, a CRM, or a comparable project management tool
- Prior exposure to contracts or commercial documentation is advantageous but not required
Skills & Attributes
- Closer mentality. You own outcomes, not tasks. If a signed contract is the goal and a creator goes quiet, you follow up — at 48 hours, and again, and again — until it is done. You do not mark something complete until it actually is.
- Highly organised. You maintain clean systems, think in processes, and understand that good records are a business-critical function, not an administrative afterthought.
- Detail-oriented. Particularly around contracts, commercial terms, and data integrity. Errors in these areas have real consequences, and you treat them accordingly.
- Self-starter. You generate your own ideas for lead generation and process improvement rather than waiting to be directed. You see gaps and fill them.
- Clear, professional written English. You write concisely and persuasively — whether drafting a cold outreach message or following up on a contract signature.
- Confident AI user. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for problem-solving, drafting, and contract work. This is not optional — it is part of how we operate.

- Reliable equipment and a stable, high-speed internet connection — this is a hard requirement
- Availability across a broad working window; our creators and partners operate across multiple time zones, and flexibility is more important than fixed hours
