JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are looking for one incredible person to take over a critical part of our business: building and managing a network of 80–100 UGC creators from scratch.

We run a portfolio of digital products including AI apps and physical products. We're launching a viral UGC program based on a proven playbook that has already scaled similar apps with 85 creators generating over 1 billion views.

Your role is to be the operational brain behind the creator machine. I've already built all the systems, SOPs, templates, scoring rubrics, and a custom dashboard. Your job is to execute the playbook daily and keep the pipeline full.

THIS IS A GREAT FIT FOR YOU IF:

You love systems and process — following a checklist gives you dopamine
You're naturally organized and can track 100 people without anything falling through
You write well in English and can send 50–100 professional messages per day
You're comfortable with social media platforms (Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, ---------- )
You've managed people before (freelancers, remote teams, virtual assistants, creators)
You don't need hand-holding — you read the SOP, understand it, execute it
You're available 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday (flexible on which hours)

THIS IS NOT A FIT IF:

You want a creative role (this is operations, not content creation)
You need constant supervision or direction
You don't like repetitive daily tasks
You can't commit to full-time for at least 3 months

YOUR DAILY TASKS (5 hours active, 3 hours monitoring):
Morning (sourcing + screening):

Post recruitment ads on ---------- and Facebook groups
Send 20 cold DMs to TikTok creators
Review new applications using our AI screening dashboard
Accept or reject applicants based on our proven criteria

Afternoon (management + onboarding):

Onboard new creators via ---------- (send welcome message, format brief, trial schedule)
Answer creator questions in ---------- within 4 hours
Track daily video submissions in our dashboard
Celebrate milestone wins (20K, 100K, 500K, 1M views)

Evening (check-ins):

Daily check-ins with trial creators at a consistent time
Grade trial creators on Day 5 using our scorecard (3 criteria, 1–10 each)

Friday:

Calculate weekly payouts using our built-in calculator
Process payments via Wise, PayPal, or ACH
Send weekly recap to founder

SUCCESS METRICS (how I measure your performance):

Week 1: All systems set up, first 10–20 applications coming in
Week 2: 20-30 creators in trial
Month 1: 20–25 graduated creators in the full program
Month 2: 40–60 active creators posting daily
Month 3: 80–100 active creators, 2–3 million daily views

COMPENSATION:

Competitive monthly salary (discuss in interview based on experience)
Performance bonuses when you hit creator milestones (40, 60, 80, 100 active creators)
