JOB OVERVIEW

Hey! We’re currently looking for a **Creator Operations Manager** to join our team.

We run an agency working with a large number of TikTok Shop creators and video editors, and we’re looking for someone who can help manage the day-to-day relationship between our **creators/clients and editors**, while also helping moderate and support users inside our software.

Your main responsibility would be making sure everything runs smoothly from the ---------- nt a creator submits videos until the final edited videos are delivered.

This would include:

• Communicating with creators/clients
• Communicating with and managing editors
• Assigning/overseeing editing work
• Making sure editors are completing videos correctly and on time
• Checking that editors are following the correct reference/style
• Keeping track of outstanding videos and deadlines
• Handling revision requests between creators and editors
• Following up with editors when something is late or incorrect
• Helping resolve problems between creators and editors
• Making sure creators receive their completed videos
• Monitoring activity inside our software
• Responding to support tickets and common user questions
• Helping creators/brands understand how to use the platform
• Escalating more complicated issues to our team when necessary

We need someone who is **very organized, responsive, and good at communicating.**

You should be comfortable managing multiple creators and editors at the same time and keeping track of a lot of moving pieces without things getting lost.

We will provide you with information and training about our services and software. **You will need to learn the platform well enough to confidently answer a list of common questions from creators, editors, and users.**

This is not just a one-time project. We’re looking for someone who can work with us **consistently and long-term** as we continue bringing more TikTok Shop creators, editors, brands, and users onto the platform.
