## About LASSO

LASSO is a fast-growing skincare brand built around one idea: **Live Simple.**
We make small-batch beef tallow skincare using high-quality ingredients sourced from family farms in America. Our products are built for people who want fewer, better ingredients and skincare they don’t have to overthink.

We’re heavily focused on TikTok Shop, Meta ads, creator marketing, and authentic UGC-style content.

## Role Overview

We’re looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and great with people to help manage and grow our creator ecosystem.

This role is a mix of:

* Creator sourcing
* Affiliate management
* ---------- community management
* Communication + follow-up
* Helping creators stay active and successful

You will work directly alongside the founders to help keep our creator pipeline moving fast.

## What You’ll Be Doing

* Finding and recruiting creators from TikTok Shop, Trybe, ---------- , and other creator platforms
* Messaging creators and inviting them into our creator community
* Sending creator briefs, scripts, hooks, and content directions we provide
* Following up with creators to make sure content is getting posted
* Managing creator relationships and answering questions
* Keeping our ---------- organized, active, and engaging
* Building community inside ---------- alongside the founders
* Tracking creator progress and helping keep campaigns moving smoothly
* Helping creators feel excited about the brand and motivated to create content

## Requirements

* Strong ---------- experience

* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable talking with creators daily
* Familiar with TikTok Shop affiliates and creator marketing
* Fast responder
* Self-starter who can take initiative
* Bonus if you have experience with:

* Community management
* UGC/content coordination
