About Us
We’re Social St, a TikTok-first agency that turns social commerce into serious revenue for our clients. We manage creator networks, TikTok Shop strategy, content production, and paid ads — all with one goal: to scale fast for the top beauty, and wellness brands. We’re growing quickly and looking for a Creator Manager who can help scale our outreach and creator coordination — with TikTok Shop at the heart of it.

Key job responsibilities:
Source relevant creators/ influencers for our brands at scale using tools like Modash, TikTok Shop
Outreach to creators at scale via email, TikTok Shop, and in-app messages
Understand the TikTok Shop affiliate centre and keep up to date with the latest features
Manually set up open and targeted plans on TikTok Shop
Engage with creators on group chats
Support with paying creators
Invent ways to scale operation (i.e. do more with less time!)

You’ll thrive if you…
Have experience using TikTok Shop (especially affiliate campaigns)
Know how to communicate clearly and professionally with creators
Write concise, engaging outreach messages
Stay organised and meet deadlines independently
Understand TikTok culture, trends, and content
Enjoy improving systems and “doing more with less time”

Bonus points if you have:
Experience with Modash or other influencer tools
Background working in agencies or managing creator campaigns
Copywriting or TikTok scripting skills
Interest in scaling a creator team long-term
