JOB OVERVIEW

To be considered apply at the bottom of the job description.

Remote, full-time. Anywhere.

We make football gear — shin pads, grip socks and performance kit — and we sell it worldwide. Over 200,000 people follow us across Instagram and TikTok.

We are building an army of affiliates and creators: hundreds of young footballers filming, posting, and earning from what they sell. Everything for it is already built and nobody has used any of it yet. This is the person who starts it.

The role

You are the main point of contact for every creator and affiliate we work with.

That means outbound — finding young footballers on Instagram and TikTok and reaching out, every day. It means inbound, handling everyone who comes to us. It means getting people signed up, with their product, their link and their code sorted. And it means running our ---------- and keeping it somewhere people actually want to be.

The hardest part, and the part the job is really judged on, is keeping people producing. Anyone can sign someone up. A roster that posts for six weeks and goes quiet is a failed programme. So you are watching what comes in, replying to every single clip within 72 hours by name, and knowing who has gone quiet before they have properly gone.

You will also spot the people whose content is working and put them forward to move up. Affiliates earn commission on what they sell. The ones whose footage performs get put on a contract and earn from the ad spend behind it. That ladder is the whole pitch, and you are the one who walks people up it.

What this role is not

It is not a marketing strategy job. The system is designed and built — ---------- , tracking, sign-up pages, the payout side. You are not being hired to redesign it, you are being hired to run it and grow it. If your instinct on day one is to rebuild the programme rather than fill it, this is the wrong role for you.

Who I am looking for

Someone who genuinely loves football. You will watch several hundred clips a month from teenagers on pitches, and you have to be able to tell a good one from a nice one. That judgement cannot be taught quickly and it is the thing most candidates will not have.

Someone who is ruthless with an inbox. Hundreds of messages, nobody ignored, nothing templated. If you write like a brand rather than a person, creators stop replying and the whole thing dies quietly.

Someone who has run a community before — a ---------- , a group chat, a roster, anything where people showed up because of you specifically. I care far more about that than about where you have worked.

And someone careful. This role touches what people get paid. A sloppy tag or a wrong name in a spreadsheet means somebody's money is wrong, and that is how you lose trust with a roster you spent months building.

Strong written English matters more here than anywhere else in the company, because almost the entire job is short written messages to strangers.
