We’re looking for a highly proactive Creator Affiliate Outreach & Recruitment Freelancer to build and manage a large network of UK-based creators who can promote our e-commerce clothing brand on a performance basis.
This is not primarily an influencer marketing or brand awareness role.
Your job is to find creators, contact them, get them interested, onboard them and turn them into active affiliates who generate sales.
We want someone who is comfortable doing high-volume outreach every single day and relentlessly following up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Research and identify relevant UK creators across:
TikTok
Instagram
YouTube
Facebook
Build large prospect lists of potential affiliates
Personally contact creators via DM,
Explain our affiliate proposition clearly and persuasively
Recruit creators onto our affiliate programme
Arrange product/sample gifting where appropriate
Provide creators with their affiliate link/code and promotional information
Follow up repeatedly with creators who have not responded
Encourage recruited creators to actually publish content
Reactivate creators who join but do not post
Identify creators already producing content that suits our customer demographic
Track outreach, replies, sign-ups, content posted and sales generated
Continually test different outreach messages and approaches to improve response rates
Who We Want
We want someone who is extremely good at outreach.
You should be:
Persistent without being spammy
Comfortable sending hundreds of targeted outreach messages
Highly organised
Good at finding creators others might overlook
Excellent at writing short, persuasive DMs and
Commercially minded
Focused on sales rather than vanity metrics
Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs
Previous experience recruiting influencers, creators, affiliates or UGC creators is strongly preferred.
Experience with UK e-commerce or fashion is a major advantage.
Creator Profile
Our core audience is predominantly UK men aged approximately 35–55.
Potential creator categories include:
Men's lifestyle
Dad / family creators
Men's fashion
Tradesmen
Builders / electricians / plumbers
Golf
Gym / fitness
Cars / motoring
DIY
Workwear
Comedy
Everyday UK lifestyle
Deal / bargain creators
We are not only interested in large influencers.
Creators with smaller but engaged audiences can be extremely valuable.
We would rather recruit 100 commercially useful micro-creators than spend the entire budget chasing one celebrity influencer.
Affiliate Offer
Creators can earn:
£7 commission for every completed sale they generate.
There is no realistic ceiling on what a successful creator can earn.
Our preference is to build a large network of creators where both the creator and our business benefit directly from sales generated.
The Numbers Matter
This role will be judged primarily on:
Creators contacted
Response rate
Creators recruited
Creators activated
Content published
Affiliate sales generated
Cost per recruited active creator
An example weekly target could be:
250+ relevant creators contacted
50+ meaningful conversations
15–25 creators onboarded
10+ creators publishing content
We want someone who will eventually increase these numbers significantly as the system improves.
Important
Please do not apply if your strategy is simply:
"Find 20 influencers and send them an
We want someone capable of building a genuine creator acquisition machine.
Research → Outreach → Follow-up → Recruit → Activate → Track → Repeat.
Volume, persistence and quality all matter.
Hours & Budget
Initially approximately:
10–15 hours per week
Budget:
$500–$700 USD per month
There is scope to increase both the hours and budget substantially if the channel begins generating profitable sales.
We are also open to introducing performance bonuses based on recruited affiliate sales.
When Applying
