JOB OVERVIEW

# Creative Strategist – Native Ads (Proven Results Required)

We’re looking for a **high-level Creative Strategist who specializes in creating and scaling high-performing native ads**.

This is **NOT** a role for someone who simply makes attractive ads or has a strong design portfolio. We want someone who understands **what makes native advertising perform** and can prove it with real results.

### What We’re Looking For

You should have a strong track record creating native ads that have generated measurable results across platforms such as:

* Meta / Facebook

You should understand how to create ads that **feel native to the platform while still driving strong clicks, engagement, conversions, and revenue.**

### Your Responsibilities

* Develop creative strategies for native advertising campaigns
* Research audiences, competitors, trends, and winning creative angles
* Develop compelling hooks, concepts, scripts, headlines, and ad structures
* Identify new angles and concepts based on performance data
* Analyse existing creatives and determine why they are or aren't working
* Develop multiple creative variations for testing
* Work closely with our team to turn winning concepts into scalable campaigns
* Continuously improve creative performance based on real data
* Stay ahead of emerging native-ad formats, trends, and consumer psychology

### PROOF OF RESULTS IS REQUIRED

**This is the most important part of the application.**

We are specifically looking for someone who has **personally contributed to successful campaigns** and can demonstrate the results.

When applying, you MUST provide:

1. **At least 3 examples of native ads you have worked on**
2. The actual ads/creative examples, where possible
3. The platform(s) they ran on
4. Your specific role in creating the strategy/creative
5. The results they achieved

For each example, please provide as much of the following as you can:

* Spend
* Revenue
* ROAS
* CPA / CPL
* CTR
* Conversion rate
* Number of conversions
* Campaign duration
* How long the creative remained profitable
* Any other meaningful performance metrics

**Screenshots, dashboards, case studies, or other verifiable evidence of performance are strongly preferred.**

Please do not simply send us a portfolio of attractive advertisements. **We care about performance, not aesthetics alone.**

If you cannot publicly disclose the brand, you can anonymise the company/product — but we still want to see the creative and evidence of the results where possible.

### The Ideal Candidate

You are:

* A performance-focused creative strategist
* Experienced specifically with **native advertising**
* Obsessed with testing hooks, angles, concepts, and creative variations
* Strong at understanding consumer psychology
* Comfortable analysing performance data
* Able to explain *why* an ad worked, not just that it worked
* Able to turn data into new creative concepts
* Experienced working with direct-response advertising
* Constantly studying winning ads and creative trends

### Bonus If You Have Experience With

* Advertorials
* UGC-style native ads
* Direct-response advertising
* E-commerce
* DTC brands
* Lead generation
* Subscription businesses
* Health/wellness
* Beauty
* Finance
* Information products
* High-ticket offers
* Scaling paid acquisition

### Important: Quality Over Quantity

We are **not** looking for someone who produces hundreds of generic concepts.

We want a strategist who can identify **high-potential creative angles**, understand the psychology behind them, and develop concepts with a strong probability of becoming winners.

We would rather work with someone who can show us **5 genuinely successful ads** than someone with a portfolio of 500 ads with no performance data.

### How to Apply

Please start your application with:

**“I specialise in performance-driven native ads.”**

Then answer the following:

**1. What is the best-performing native ad you have personally worked on?**

Tell us:

* What was the product/offer?
* What was your role?
* What was the creative concept?
* How much was spent?
* What results did it generate?

**2. Give us 2–3 additional examples of successful native ads you've worked on.**

**3. Show us your proof of results.**

Screenshots, dashboards, case studies, or other evidence are preferred. Please anonymise sensitive information if necessary.

**4. What do you believe makes a native ad outperform a traditional-looking advertisement?**

**5. If we gave you a new product tomorrow, how would you approach developing the first 10 creative concepts?**

### Selection Process

We will prioritise candidates based on:

**1. Proven performance results**
**2. Quality of previous native ads**
**3. Understanding of creative strategy and consumer psychology**
**4. Ability to explain the reasoning behind successful creatives**
**5. Ability to develop new winning concepts**

We may ask shortlisted candidates to complete a **small paid test project** before beginning a longer-term engagement.

### Long-Term Opportunity

If you can consistently develop native creatives that outperform our existing ads, there is significant potential for **ongoing, long-term work and increased responsibility**.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a key creative partner to the business — not someone who simply wants to deliver a few ads and move on.

**If you have the results to back up your work, we want to see them.**
