JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-paced fashion company looking for a creative, committed, and multi-talented tasking team member to join us remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves aesthetics, and is passionate about growth, branding, design, and not afraid of rejection. Prior experience and ability to prospect and generate leads is essential.

Position Details:
• Remote | Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (subject to change based on company needs)
• Start Date: ASAP
Role Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management
– Strategize, plan, and execute campaigns across platforms
– Grow and engage with our online community
– Create visually appealing, trend-savvy content
– Use review data and analytics to refine marketing strategies
• - Report findings and generate new improvement ideas
• Graphic Design & Branding
– Develop visual content for social media, email, and web
– Maintain consistent brand identity
– Design promotional materials, lookbooks, etc.
• E-Commerce & Website Management
– Maintain and update our online store (Shopify or Wix)
– Regularly Refine and Improve UI/UX design
– Handle product uploads, descriptions, and backend admin tasks
• AI Integration
– Use AI tools (design, content, analytics, automation) to enhance workflow and marketing efficiency
• Sales & Communication
– Contribute to online sales and strategies
– Communicate effectively with internal team, customers, collaborators and new opportunities
- Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Proven experience managing and growing social media for brands
• Strong graphic design background (portfolio required)
• Familiarity with Shopify and/or Wix or able to learn quickly and independently
• Knowledge of AI tools in marketing and design workflows
• Excellent communication and sales abilities
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• A creative, problem-solving mindset
• A strong work ethic and a can do attitude

Requirements:
• Reliable internet connection
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work remotely and manage time independently
