Request for Proposal (RFP) – Virtual Assistant Services
Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support ongoing digital marketing and website management initiatives within the home services sector. This role will focus on executing tasks related to website design (via Go High Level), social media creative generation, posting, and SEO optimization across multiple projects.
Scope of Work
Website Design & Management

Build and update home service websites using Go High Level (GHL)

Customize templates, integrate automations, and optimize user experience

Implement responsive and mobile-friendly layouts

Social Media Creative Generation

Create engaging social media graphics, videos, and promotional materials tailored to the home services audience

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Repurpose website and blog content into social-friendly formats

Social Media Posting & Scheduling

Plan and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Maintain an organized posting calendar to ensure consistent online presence

Monitor engagement and provide basic performance insights

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research for the home services niche

Optimize website pages, metadata, and content for search engines

Track and report on SEO performance across multiple projects

Multi-Project Coordination

Manage tasks and deadlines for several ongoing campaigns simultaneously

Communicate effectively with internal tea ---------- mbers and contractors

Maintain organized records of project assets, logins, and deliverables

Qualifications
Proven experience with Go High Level website design

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools

Experience managing social media accounts for service-based businesses

Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with ranking tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proposal Requirements
Relevant portfolio samples (websites, social media creatives, SEO work)

Overview of relevant tools and platforms you are proficient in

Hourly rate or flat monthly retainer proposal

Estimated weekly availability

References or testimonials from past clients (if available)
