About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce company based in Hungary, currently serving customers in three EU countries and actively expanding into new markets. We’re looking for a talented Creative Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our growth journey. Our ideal candidate has a strong passion or interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, direct response creatives, video and photo editing. Please begin your application message with the word “ecom”. Job Description:
We are seeking a Creative Virtual Assistant who will work closely with our marketing and creative team to support our creative workflows, ads making and various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:
• Market, competitor, creative, product and supplier research
• Photo and video editing
• Brainstorming ideas with the marketing team
• Email marketing creative templates
• Influencer outreach
• Creating landing pages
• Basic administrative and VA tasks

Requirements:
• Strong photo and video editing skills are essential for this role
• Minimum 1 year of experience in both photo and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop)
• Suitable computer is required for the role.
• Shifts are based on Hungarian time zone to ensure smooth collaboration with our team.
• Previous experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon ads or Shopify is a plus
• Previous research experience is a plus (market, competitor, product, supplier, creative, creative asset research)
• A passion or interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, direct response creatives, video and photo editing
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management skills, TimeDoctor is required
• Strong attention to detail, able to multitask, and work effectively under pressure
• Problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
