JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and reliable Video Editor with strong experience in social media content to join our growing agency team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with an in-house creative and marketing team, understands visual storytelling, and can edit high-performing short-form and long-form videos for today’s major social platforms.

You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with our clients’ branding and marketing goals.

???? Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to plan, edit, and refine video content aligned with campaign goals

Edit raw footage into high-quality short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, web content)

Handle post-production tasks including:

Video editing

Sound mixing

Color correction

Basic motion graphics or visual effects (when needed)

Ensure final videos are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for each platform

Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio (required)

Proficiency in one or more of the following:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Final Cut Pro

DaVinci Resolve

CapCut

Strong understanding of:

Visual storytelling

Pacing and rhythm for social media

Aspect ratios and formats for different platforms

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team

Creative problem-solver with attention to detail

Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook ad content
