JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative video editor for short ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

We sell digital air fryer cookbooks (PDF). We already have an editor who makes videos
in one fixed style. Now we need someone who makes videos that are all DIFFERENT, so we
can test what works best.

What we give you:
- Our customer avatar (who buys the product and what they want)
- Product images (book covers, mockups, pages of the PDF)

What you do:
- Create your own ideas for each video
- Write a short script and the on-screen text
- Find or create the footage (free stock footage, AI images/video, screen recordings)
- Add voice-over (CapCut AI voices are fine), music and subtitles
- Make every video different: different style, different setting, different start
- We tell you which videos work best, and you make more like those

Video specs:
- 20-35 seconds
- Vertical 9:16 (1080x1920)
- English

Requirements:
- CapCut Desktop or similar
- Experience with short videos for social media
- Good English
- Free tools are enough. You do not need paid subscriptions
- No clips copied from other people's TikTok/YouTube
- Available Monday-Friday

PAY:

- $1 USD per finished video
- 30-50 videos per week to start. More work available if it goes well
- Weekly payment via Wise or PayPal
- Long-term work

There will be a PAID test for shortlisted applicants: 5 different videos ($1 each).

IMPORTANT:

At the beginning of your application, write the word "CRISPY".

Then answer these questions:

1. Send 2-3 links to short videos you edited.
2. Give us 3 different video ideas for this product: "1,500 air fryer recipes in a PDF".
One line per idea.
3. How many videos like this can you make per week?

Applications without the word "CRISPY" will not be read.
