JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a serious creative video editor/content creator to produce high-quality, on-brand content for multiple apparel brands.

This is not for beginners, influencers, or trend-chasers. We need someone who understands branding, pacing, and what actually converts.

You will be creating short-form content for social media ads and organic growth across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit high-converting short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads
Turn raw clips into clean, engaging, fast-paced content
Add captions, hooks, transitions, and effects that improve retention
Match video style to brand tone (masculine, aggressive, clean — not cringe)
Repurpose content into multiple variations for testing
Suggest hooks, angles, and content ideas that actually perform
Deliver content consistently and on time for campaigns

REQUIREMENTS
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Proven experience with content that performs (views, engagement, conversions)
Understanding of short-form content structure (hook, pacing, retention)
Ability to match a specific brand voice — not generic influencer style
Fast turnaround and ability to handle volume
