JOB OVERVIEW

*ABOUT THE ROLE*
GOD MADE MAN® is a premium men’s skincare brand for upscale customers. We're seeking a sharp, reliable, detail-oriented and creative VA to support a busy solopreneur by doing a wide range of repeated AND one-off tasks requiring video editing and graphic design skills. Among the duties you may be called upon to perform are social media and ad content management, creating, editing or improving Meta video and image ad creatives (with detailed requirements provided), as well as social media management. Later it could include replying to customer emails, doing online research and other typical admin and tasks.


This is a part-time, hourly role that starts with a test project to determine if we are a good fit for each other.


*SCHEDULE* - 5-6 hrs/week to start (potential to add more).

*PAY*:
$6/hr during initial test project process. If we continue after that, we can negotiate an hourly pay rate based on the quality of the completed test project.

*WHAT YOU’LL DO*
1. Create, edit, improve, post and organize video ads, image ads and social media content per detailed requirements we provide.
2. Edit and produce AI-generated video/static ads using tools like Higgsfield, Superscale, Canva, Claude, or similar.
3. Respond to customers’ inquiries with a professional, on-brand tone (mostly via emails)
4. Assist with a variety of typical recurring startup tasks as they arise (admin, research, organization, etc.)
5. IMPORTANT: Once you are familiar with our workflow, we need someone who can complete the ads projects fairly quickly. After you review each project brief, it is essential to first give me a reliable estimate of the hours you will need to complete it.

= Able to follow direction precisely AND willingness to give us your opinions and creative eye when needed.
= Knowledge and experience with AI creative tools (like Higgsfield, SuperScale, Claude, etc.)
= Committed to premium-quality output — every visual and written piece must meet a high bar; this brand serves a discerning, upscale audience.
= Knowledgeable and experienced in handling Meta ad campaign set-up and management.
= A clear, honest communicator — you proactively update me on progress, give realistic timelines, and tell me what I need to hear, even if it's not what I want to hear.
