We’re looking to hire a Creative Talent Recruiter who’s willing to put in the hours and effort to build the best creative team in the industry. At NEXUS, we’re one of the largest educational platform when it comes to content marketing. We teach business owners how to grow and monetize their personal brand through short-form content—and we do all of that behind the brand of Devin Jatho, our CEO.
Your mission? Help us find and hire world-class video editors and designers who can match the speed, quality, and vision of our content machine.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Finding and shortlisting world-class editors and designers
- Daily outreach to potential candidates
- Running interviews and managing trial tasks
- Keeping our Notion CRM updated with leads
- Filtering applications from passive job forms
- Working directly with David, Creative Director, to hit weekly goals
- Improving your outreach methods and sourcing strategy every week

REQUIREMENTS
- Conversational in English (written + spoken)
- Ability to spot good vs. bad quality when reviewing portfolios
- Full-time availability (8h/day, 6 days/week)
- Fast communication and strong organization
- High personal standards and no excuses attitude
