We’re a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand looking for a Creative Strategist with AppLovin buyer experience who knows how to turn data, consumer psychology, and bold ideas into ads that convert.

If you know what makes people stop scrolling, click, and buy — and you can turn performance data into the next winning creative concept — we want you.

What You’ll Do
-Develop high-performing creative strategies across paid channels
-Analyze winning & underperforming ads to identify hooks, angles, messaging, and trends
-Create creative briefs for UGC, video, static, and performance ads
-Work closely with Media Buyers, Editors & Creators to bring concepts to life
-Use performance data to continuously test, iterate, and scale winning concepts
-Research competitors, trends, audiences, and emerging creative opportunities
-Help build a repeatable creative testing engine

What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience as a Creative Strategist
-Hands-on experience with AppLovin / performance buying is a strong advantage
-Experience with DTC / e-commerce brands
-Strong understanding of paid social and performance creative
-Excellent grasp of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling & direct response
-Data-driven but highly creative
-Obsessed with finding “the next winning ad”
