We are looking for a high-performing Creative Strategist to lead our ad creative process and manage our design and video editing team. This role is all about building a content engine — constantly feeding our creative team with fresh concepts, briefs, and inspiration to fuel high-volume ad production.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the supplement/e-commerce space, and knows how to turn trends and insights into scalable ad concepts that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the creative lead for our ad production team (static designer + video editor).
- Build and maintain a content engine that ensures the team always has a steady flow of briefs, concepts, and references.
- Provide daily/weekly creative briefs that include inspiration, competitor examples, and clear execution guidelines.
- Analyze ad account performance to identify winning creative patterns and guide the team in producing high-impact variations.
- Research competitors, spy tools, and industry trends to pull creative inspiration for both static and video ads.
- Develop seasonal and campaign-specific creative strategies (e.g., holiday promos, product launches, evergreen angles).
- Ensure creative output stays aligned with brand voice and visual identity while prioritizing performance.
- Collaborate with the media buying team to test, evaluate, and refine ad creative at scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in e-commerce (supplements or consumer products a plus).
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, IG) and what type of creatives perform best.
- Strong ability to analyze creative performance data and translate it into actionable creative briefs.
- Creative thinker with the ability to produce a constant flow of fresh concepts at speed.
- Excellent communication skills for briefing and managing a creative team.
- Highly organized and capable of running a fast-paced creative pipeline.
