JOB OVERVIEW

About us
OneZero is a European performance marketing agency (Riga, Latvia) managing Meta advertising for ecommerce and subscription brands across sports, jewelry, golf, and travel niches. Creative strategy is the engine of everything we run. You'll work directly with the founder, and brief our in-house video editor and designers.

Note: we are hiring a Creative Strategist and a Video Editor as two separate full-time positions. This posting is for the Creative Strategist. Apply to the role that fits you best — not both.

What you'll do daily

Research: competitor ads (Meta Ads Library, spy tools), customer reviews and support tickets for real customer language, trends per niche
Build concept and hook matrices per brand: angles × formats × audiences, prioritized by evidence
Write briefs and scripts our editor and designers can execute without guessing: reference links, hook copy, shot lists, text overlays
Analyze creative performance with us weekly (hook rate, hold rate, CPA in context — we judge blended results, not platform ROAS) and d ---------- what to iterate, kill, or scale
Maintain the creative testing calendar across 5–8 active brands

You must have

2+ years in performance creative for ecommerce/DTC — agency or in-house — with examples of concepts you originated that became winning ads
Fluency in direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, awareness levels, offers, social proof
Strong written English — your briefs and scripts are the product
Comfort reading ad metrics and defending creative decisions with numbers
At least 3–4 hours overlap between 14:00–19:00 Philippine time

Nice to have: UGC creator management experience, landing page/CRO instincts, familiarity with AI research and scripting workflows.

Pay & terms: $1,000–1,200/month depending on experience, full-time (40h), long-term, 13th-month pay after year one, paid PH holidays, performance bonus tied to winning creatives at scale.

How to apply: Reply with (1) 2–3 examples of ad concepts you created — the ad, your role, and what happened; (2) a 3–4 sentence mini-brief: how would you find the first three angles for a $40 patented golf accessory entering Q4 gifting season?; (3) your start date. Begin your application with the word AMBER so we know you read this. Shortlisted candidates do a short paid test brief.
