About Our 5+ Year Old Company
We're a 5-year-old e-commerce beauty brand where 14 out of 20 employees work solely on creative, scripts, image ads, and video. Our entire growth engine runs on paid video ads, and we're looking for the person who owns the strategy behind the $10M/year business.

Role Overview
You will own creative strategy end-to-end: from customer research and persona development, to script writing, to iterating based on performance data. You'll work closely with the video editing team to make sure your scripts turn into converting videos on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Snapchat.

Your Responsibilities
Research, build and document the customer personas (pain points and so on)
Identify winning advertisements from competitors and turn them into our videos
Write converting video scripts that utilizes a wide range of formats and trends
Analyze the performance of the videos, iterate into new videos and best practices
Document the winning findings, update our knowledge base and pivot the direction

The Requirements
3-5 years of experience within copywriting, creative strategist role or similar
Proven experience working as the the Creative Strategist in e-commerce
Willingness to learn new skills, take courses, utilize new tools and also AI
