What you'll do:
- Develop and own creative strategy for paid social campaigns across
- Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework — hypotheses, variables, velocity — and turn results into actionable direction for the creative team.
- Brief designers, copywriters, and video editors with clear creative direction rooted in audience psychology and performance data.
- Analyze Meta Ads Manager data (CTR, hook rate, thumbstop, ROAS) and translate findings into creative pivots and new angles.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, creative trends, and competitor activity to keep ad creative fresh and differentiated.
- Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with targeting, budget, and funnel stage objectives.
What you bring:
- 3+ years in paid social, performance marketing, or creative strategy — ideally with hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Strong understanding of direct response creative principles: hooks, value propositions, social proof, CTAs.
- Comfort reading and acting on performance data without losing the creative instinct that makes great ads.
- Experience writing clear, persuasive, creative briefs and giving structured feedback to creative teams.
- Familiarity with video ad formats (Reels, Stories, in-feed) and what makes them work at each stage of the funnel.
Nice to have:
- Experience at a DTC brand or performance marketing agency.
- Basic skills in Figma, CapCut, or video editing for quick concept mockups.
- Knowledge of UGC production and creator brief writing.
- Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) and how they inform creative decisions.
