Exceedios is hiring a Creative Strategist to help us craft high-performing ad concepts for fast-growing eCommerce brands.
We’re a performance marketing agency managing over $2.5M/month in ad spend, focused on scaling Shopify-based DTC brands through paid social and data-backed creative.
You’ll be the brain behind winning ad angles and creative direction, combining customer insights, market research, and ad performance data to develop scroll-stopping ideas that actually convert.
From UGC briefs and statistics to landing page messaging and VSL frameworks, you’ll coordinate the strategy into clear instructions for copywriters, designers, and video editors — ensuring every piece of content we launch has a purpose and a performance goal.

Hours: Full-time
Salary: $700 - $1,600 (flat fee) + thousands of dollars in bonuses if you can come up with unique testing angles and coordinate the team to execute on them. Our previous Creative Strategist earned $6,000/month working with us, so I strongly encourage you to take the time to complete 2 tasks at the end of the recruiting form.
Requirements:
-You are located in these time zones: between UTC - 1 and UTC +9 (Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia)
-You are able to work between these hours - flexible 8h of work: 3 AM - 7 PM Warsaw time - check your corresponding time here:
-Perfect English (spoken and written) is required
-You have at least 3 years of experience in Creative Strategy for E-commerce businesses:
>Ideally, you have worked for a
-You have a deep understanding of Direct Response Marketing:
>Must understand the psychology behind why people buy
>Experience with funnels, hooks, offers, and ad structures
>Familiarity with VSLs, landing pages, upsells, and downsells
-You have a Data-Driven Mindset:
>Able to analyze creative performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS etc)
>Can translate data into creative insights
>Knows when to kill, scale, or iterate creatives
-You have really Strong Research Skills:
>Knows how to dig through: Reddit threads, Blog comments, Review platforms Competitor ads (e.g., via PPSpy, AdLibrary)
>Understands customer pain points and uses them to develop creative angles
-You have Creative Direction & Briefing Experience, and you have led a team of at least 3 people:
>Can create clear briefs for: Copywriters, Video editors, Designers
>Defines: Hook ideas, Visual direction, Emotional triggers
>Can adapt creatives for: Cold, Warm and Hot traffic
-You know how to use ChatGPT/Google Gemini/Claude in your creative process if needed
-You are NOT a freelancer; this is a full-time position
-Truly Interested in a long-term job position
-Very tech-savvy
-You are able to provide a portfolio of Creative Briefs & Testing Plans from your previous clients/work (you can erase sensitive data)
