We are hiring a Creative Strategist to support the daily production of high-converting ad content across multiple brands in the US and Germany. This is a high-output, execution-driven role focused on creating, testing, and improving content consistently.
Role responsibilities include generating 15 new content concepts per day across three brands, writing UGC-style scripts, developing hooks and ad angles, and providing clear direction for editors and creators. The role also requires ongoing analysis of content performance and continuous iteration based on results.
Candidates must be able to conduct deep market research, analyze competitors, identify winning trends, and translate insights into effective creatives quickly. A strong understanding of TikTok ads, Meta ads, UGC formats, and direct-response marketing psychology is required.
Applicants must provide proof of past performance, either through experience working with established brands or by showcasing high-performing creatives.
This is a full-time remote position requiring 8 hours per day. Compensation includes a base salary of $1,000 per month, with an additional $500 to $1,000 available through performance-based bonuses.
