JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly creative and content-focused thinker to join our team full-time as a Creative Strategist. This role is perfect for someone who understands viral content, social media trends, and storytelling, and can turn ideas into high-performing ad creatives. If you live and breathe TikTok, Reels, and UGC-style content—this role is for you.

Your Role Would Include:
Creating engaging briefs for creators and editors based on trending content and proven formats.
Researching viral content and ads across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Coming up with hooks, storytelling angles, and content ideas that grab attention fast.
Working closely with creators, designers, and editors to bring ideas to life.
Using AI tools to generate variations, improve scripts, and optimize creative output.
Constantly testing new content styles, hooks, and formats to improve performance.

Prefer Past Experience With the Following:
Social Media Marketing (Required): Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content.
Content Creation (Required): Ability to think in visuals, hooks, and storytelling.
Copywriting (Required): Writing engaging hooks and ad scripts.
AI Tools (GPT/Claude) (Required): Using AI to speed up and improve content creation.
Creative Research (Preferred): Finding trends and adapting them into ads.
