JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing DTC brand ready to take the next steps in our growth, and we need your help to get there.

Are you an experienced Creative Strategist who understands what makes people stop scrolling, keep watching, and ultimately buy? Do you know how to turn performance data and customer insights into strong concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs? Then we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

• Develop new creative concepts, angles, and hooks.
• Create detailed briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers.
• Analyze ad performance and turn insights into new creative tests.
• Research our target audience, competitors, and relevant trends.
• Develop new variations based on winning ads.
• Write scripts and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with our media buying and content teams.
• Ensure that all creatives align with our brand identity and commercial goals.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least two years of experience as a Creative Strategist, preferably for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• You have proven experience creating performance ads for Meta.
• You understand direct response marketing and know what makes an ad convert.
• You can interpret advertising data and translate it into clear next steps.
• You know how to write strong hooks, scripts, and creative briefs.
• You are proactive, independent, and consistently bring new ideas to the table.
• You communicate clearly and meet deadlines.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You have your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
