JOB OVERVIEW

We're a performance-based lead generation company running Meta advertising campaigns across two verticals: healthcare intake and legal case intake. We need someone who can both think and produce, researching what's actually working in the market and then turning that research into a high volume of finished, ready-to-run ad creatives every single week.

This is not a slow, one-creative-at-a-time role. We need 30-60+ finished images and videos per week across both verticals, and every single one needs to be high quality, not rushed or generic. Speed without quality doesn't work here, and quality without speed doesn't either, we need both.

You'll be responsible for the full loop: researching competitors, identifying winning hooks and angles, writing the copy and scripts, and producing the finished assets yourself using AI creative tools. You're not handing off briefs to someone else to build, you are the one building.

**Responsibilities**
- Continuously research competitor ads running in the addiction treatment and lemon law space, across all formats: static, AI UGC, talking head video, and traditional creative
- Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats based on what's actually converting in the market, not just what looks good
- Write ad copy and scripts based on that research
- Produce 30-60+ finished, ready-to-run Meta ad creatives per week, a mix of static images and AI-generated videos
- Use AI creative tools including HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and similar platforms to produce realistic talking head and UGC-style video content at scale
- Build static image ads using design tools for Meta placements
- Take feedback and produce revisions/iterations quickly, same day turnaround on requested changes
- Stay current on new AI creative tools as they emerge and bring new formats to the table proactively
- Track which creative types and formats are performing best and adjust production focus accordingly

**Requirements**
- Proven experience producing high volume performance ad creative specifically for paid social, not branding or organic content
- Hands-on experience with AI video/avatar tools including HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Kling, or similar platforms, you need to already know how to use these, not learn on the job
- Strong copywriting ability, you're writing your own scripts and ad copy based on research, not waiting on someone else
- Experience researching competitor ads and translating that research into new creative concepts
- Proficiency with static image design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to produce at high volume without sacrificing quality, this role requires real speed
- Fast, reliable communication, you need to be reachable and responsive, this is not a role where we wait days for updates or revisions
- Comfortable taking feedback and turning around iterations quickly
- Experience with healthcare, legal, insurance, or another high-CPL/high-stakes vertical is a strong plus
- Strong written English for daily collaboration with a US-based team

**Structure:** Open to full-time or contract, based on fit

**How to Apply**
Submit your portfolio with specific examples of AI-generated video ads and static ads you've produced for paid social, ideally lead generation work. Include the tools you used for each example.

As part of your application, complete this exercise:

Pick one vertical, either addiction treatment or lemon law. Find one active Meta ad running in that space and tell us what's working about it and what you'd change. Then produce one new creative, either a static image or a short AI-generated video, that you think would outperform it, using any of the tools listed above. Send us the finished asset along with a short explanation of your thinking.

We're not looking for a perfect ad, we're looking to see how fast you can move from research to a finished, usable creative, and how you think while doing it. This exercise is the part of the application we weigh most heavily.
