Creative Strategist (Part-Time ? Potential Full-Time) (E-commerce Ads & AI Workflows)
We are looking for a creative strategist to help plan, research, and structure high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
This role is focused on ideas, briefs, and quality control, not design or editing.
You will work closely with the founder to generate ad concepts, structure briefs, and ensure creative output is aligned and high quality.
This will start as a part-time role, with the potential to move into full-time.

What you’ll be doing:
• Creating structured creative briefs for ad campaigns (statics & video)
• Researching competitors, ads, and creative trends
• Generating ad concepts, hooks, and angles
• Writing
• Using AI tools to support research, ideation, and output
• Reviewing (QA) ad creatives and spotting issues before delivery
• Working closely with the team to improve creative output

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of ad creatives (not just general marketing)
• Ability to generate clear, structured ideas, not vague concepts
• High attention to detail (able to spot mistakes in visuals and messaging)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, image tools, etc.)
• Strong written communication
• Organised and able to manage multiple briefs at once

Nice to have:
• Experience working with e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with Meta ads / paid social
• Experience writing creative briefs or campaign plans

Working setup:
• Part-time to start (hours flexible)
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible hours between 7am–7pm UK time
• Paid bi-weekly
• $7/hour
• All tools provided
