This is not a generic marketing role.
This role is for someone who understands how winning creatives are built through structure, angles, and data.
We operate multiple fast-scaling Health & Beauty dropshipping brands across Europe and are looking for a Creative Strategist who can consistently create high-converting static and video briefings using Andromeda.
You will work on wellness, beauty, and problem-solving products where trust, clarity, and strong angles drive performance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Create clear, structured creative briefings for statics and videos
• Use Andromeda to generate, organize, and scale creative concepts
• Translate research into high-converting hooks, angles, and concepts
• Develop multiple creative angles per product (pain, solution, mechanism, proof)
• Build iteration batches based on winning creatives
• Turn winning ads into scalable variations
• Structure concepts for UGC, statics, and short-form videos
• Work closely with media buyers to align creatives with performance data
• Analyze performance and continuously improve creatives
• Maintain structure in testing: ideation, iteration, and documentation
THIS ROLE IS A FIT IF
You understand that winning creatives are not random.
They are structured, tested, and improved.
You:
• Have solid experience creating Meta ad creatives (statics + videos)
• Have hands-on experience with Andromeda
• Have experience in Health & Beauty or direct response e-commerce
• Understand hooks, angles, and creative structure deeply
• Can break down winning ads and rebuild them better
• Know how to create clear, actionable briefings (not vague ideas)
• Understand ideation vs imitation vs iteration
• Work structured and fast
• Take ownership of performance, not just output
