We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand selling premium products to US customers. We're scaling hard on Meta ads and we need someone who can own the creative side of that growth.
This isn't a pure strategy role where you just delegate. You'll d
What You'll Actually Do
- Dig into what's working in ads (competitors, trends, winning formats) and turn that into ideas we can test
- Write ad scripts (VSLs, UGC briefs, hooks) and create image ads
- Do light video edits yourself (new hook variations, re-cuts, swapping CTAs). You don't need to be a pro editor, but you should be able to handle quick iterations without waiting on someone else
- Build static ad variations in Canva and use AI image tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.) to generate new creatives
- Brief video editors with clear scripts, references, and deadlines for more complex edits
- Keep the entire creative pipeline organized. From idea to live ad to performance review
- Analyze ad performance weekly: what's winning, what's dying, what to test next
- Close the loop: every week you review the data, document what worked, and feed it into the next round of briefs
You Could Also Grow Into
-
- Landing page strategy and conversion optimization
- Broader marketing operations
This is a role that grows with you. The more you take on, the more responsibility and compensation you get.
Who You Are
- You have experience running or analyzing Meta/Facebook ads (this is non-negotiable)
- Your English is super strong and sounds native, written and spoken
- You're organized and proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do
- You're hungry to learn and grow. You don't need to have all the skills yet, but you need the drive to build them fast
- You're comfortable with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) and see them as an advantage, not a threat
- You know your way around Canva (or similar) and can do basic video edits. You don't need to be a designer, but you can't be someone who's never opened an editing tool
- You can work independently without being micromanaged
