We’re looking for a creative strategist who’s obsessed with what makes people stop scrolling.
We work with 7–8 figure e-commerce brands and get them amazing results with
You’ll own the creative engine behind our growth: ideating and scripting the ads that bring in our clients, and running our podcast so it ships every single week.
You’ll work directly with the founder. He signs off on ideas, then gets out of your way.
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, develop and take their career to the next level.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, box-checking job, this isn’t it.
If you want to become a top-tier creative strategist and see your ideas go live every week, keep reading.
What you’ll do
Ads creative (your main focus)
- Research our offer, audience and competitors to find angles that make prospects stop scrolling
- Pitch ad concepts to the founder for sign-off
- Write ad scripts and hooks in our brand voice
- Brief the ad editor clearly and manage revisions until the ad is right
- Deliver 30 finished ads a month (7–8 every week), which are also posted as videos on our page
Podcast production
- Own everything from recording onwards, without the founder needing to check it
- Manage the podcast editor and keep the episode on schedule
- Book guests, manage calendars and chase replies
- Handle all distribution across platforms
- Cut and post clips from every episode
- Publish one episode every single week, no missed weeks
Weekly responsibilities
- Pull the best-running ads in our space and write up what’s working and what we should test
- Send the founder a written brief before every Friday call covering ads delivered, podcast status, wins, blockers and next week’s plan
- Write and send a weekly
- Push the team for client case studies and turn the results into ads and sales assets
What success looks like
In your first 30 days
- You’ve learned our offer, audience and brand voice through our training
- You’re pitching ad concepts and writing scripts with early feedback from the founder
- You’ve taken over management of both the ad editor and podcast editor
By 60–90 days
- You own ad creative from concept to finished ad, with the founder only signing off on ideas
- The podcast runs entirely through you from recording onwards
- You hit every KPI consistently without being reminded or chased
Your weekly KPIs
- 7–8 finished ads delivered (30 per month)
- 1 podcast episode published
- 1 competitor swipe and analysis delivered
- Friday brief sent before every call
You’ll be measured on output and results, not hours online. If something is blocking you, we expect you to flag it early and propose a solution, not wait to be asked.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years ideating and scripting ads or short-form content (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
- A portfolio of ads or short-form videos, with your role in each explained
- Fluent English and sharp, natural writing
- Strong research skills (competitors, Meta Ad Library, audience pain points)
- Experience managing editors or team members and hitting deadlines without being chased
- Strong admin and organization skills (booking guests, managing calendars, following up)
- Able to sustain high output without quality dropping
- Coachable, independent, and fully accountable for results
- Available at least 4 hours a day during UK afternoons
- E-commerce or
This role is NOT for you if:
Work style
- You need step-by-step instructions to get things done
- You wait to be told what to do next instead of figuring it out
- You take feedback personally or need multiple rounds of explanation before making changes
- You’d rather stay quiet about a problem than flag it early with a solution
Skills and experience
- You’ve only done editing and never written scripts or pitched concepts yourself
- You’ve never managed an editor, freelancer or team member
- You don’t have a portfolio of ads or short-form content you can show us
- Your English writing needs heavy editing before it can go out
Workload and commitment
- You can’t commit to a weekly output target (7–8 ads plus a podcast episode every week)
- Your quality drops when the volume goes up
- You need someone to chase you for deadlines or updates
- You’re juggling other full-time clients or jobs and can’t give this role your full focus
- You see admin work like booking guests, managing calendars and chasing replies as “beneath” the role
- You’re looking for a short-term gig rather than a long-term role where you grow with us
We have in-depth training on each step of the process, but we’re looking for someone with prior experience in content ideation and scripting, research, managing team members and handling admin tasks.
