Creative Strategist (Lead) — eCommerce Ads & UGC — Verniqo Health Remote | Full-Time | $8–$13+ USD Per Hour + Performance Bonuses!!

- Hands-on experience working with eCommerce brands on paid ads - show proof and brands you’ve worked with
- At least 2 years of video editing experience + AI experience (especially AI UGC)
- Comfortable managing and talking to 2–5 editors on a daily basis

- Understanding of desires, top-of-funnel vs. bottom-of-funnel strategy, awareness levels and how ad concepts shift between them
- Ability to take a product or brief and turn it into a compelling, scroll-stopping concept

Why This Role is Crucial:
This is one of the most important roles at our brand. The ideas that come out of this role will directly determine how fast we scale. If you're someone who genuinely loves thinking up ad concepts, dissecting what makes people buy, and translating that into creative that converts — you'll want to read this closely.
This isn't a passive role. You'll be in the mix daily, working alongside 3–5 editors, feeding them with concepts, angles, and direction that gives them everything they need to pump out winning ads consistently. You must make sure that new creatives are being generated daily.

We're at a major inflection point. Verniqo is expanding into the supplements industry and assembling a dedicated in-house creative team to drive that growth. As our Creative Strategist Lead, you won't be stepping into a fully built machine — you'll be one of the key people building it.
That comes with real responsibility. It also comes with real upside. Your compensation includes performance-based bonuses tied directly to the results this new department produces. When the team wins, you win.

We need someone who genuinely loves using their brain. Someone who gets excited about finding a new angle, identifying what the market is missing, and building ad concepts that hit differently. You should have enough editing experience to understand what's hard, what's possible, and how to brief your team in a way that's actually executable. But your superpower is strategy and ideation — not the timeline.

To excel, you'll need to master three key areas:
- Understanding the market — Consumer desires, awareness levels, and market sophistication. You know how to read a room and craft a concept that meets the customer exactly where they are.
- Understanding the product — You'll get deep on our supplements, their benefits, and how to position them compellingly at every stage of the funnel — top, middle, and bottom.
-Generating ideas that move people — You can take a product, a brief, or a raw insight and turn it into a scroll-stopping concept with a clear hook, emotional pull, and a reason to buy.

Your Responsibilities at Verniqo Health:
Generate fresh ad concepts and creative angles on a consistent basis — this is the core of your role
Manage and communicate with 2–5 editors daily, briefing them clearly on concepts, hooks, pacing, and the intent behind every ad
Attend strategy sessions with Verniqo leadership to absorb product direction, campaign goals, and audience insights — then translate all of that into actionable creative briefs your editors can execute
Influence and guide your editors toward the types of concepts and executions that actually perform — building their creative instincts over time
Develop concepts across the full funnel — awareness-stage hooks designed to stop the scroll, mid-funnel storytelling, and hard-converting direct response ads
Oversee and guide AI UGC production as part of the creative workflow
Review ad performance alongside our media buying team and use that data to generate smarter, more refined concepts going forward
Help establish the creative systems and standards this new department will operate on
