JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Creative Strategist

We are scaling aggressively and looking for high-output creatives who can produce winning content daily.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating high-converting content concepts, scripts, and creatives for our brands across the Germany and USA markets.

This is not a slow, “idea-only” role — this is execution-focused.

Your Daily Tasks
Create 5 new content concepts per brand per day
(We currently operate 3 brands = 15 concepts daily)
Write UGC-style scripts, ad angles, hooks, and storytelling formats
Develop creative directions for editors and video production
Continuously improve concepts based on performance
(Writers / Scriptwriters / Editors / Creators)

What We Expect
Ability to research and understand markets deeply (DE & US)
You must be able to:
Analyze competitors
Identify winning angles
Translate trends into content fast
You do not wait for instructions — you figure things out
Strong understanding of:
TikTok / Meta ads
UGC formats
Direct-response marketing psychology
Important

You need to show that you:

Have worked with big brands before OR
Can produce high-level content that performs like big brands

Working Conditions
Full-time (8 hours/day)
Remote
Compensation
$1,000/month (USD base)
Performance bonus via Hubstaff tracking + output quality
+$500 to $1,000/month extra possible
