We're looking for a high-performing Creative Strategist who specializes in ROI-focused video ads and native image ads for Meta

What You'll Do:
- Develop scroll-stopping video ad concepts and native image ads designed to convert — not just look good.
- Own the creative strategy from concept to execution.
- Craft compelling hooks, scripts, angles, and visual direction.
- Oversee post-production to ensure final assets match creative intent.
- Leverage AI tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut, etc.) to rapidly generate and iterate video and image assets.
- Produce a consistent volume of creatives across multiple angles and audiences.
- Build and test creatives for every funnel stage (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Analyze performance data (ROAS, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, thumbstop ratio) to iterate and improve creative output weekly.
- Identify winning patterns and build scalable creative frameworks the team can repeat.
- Stay ahead of trends in UGC-style ads and native content formats.
- Keep up with platform-specific best practices across Meta placements.
You Need:
- Proven experience creating video ads and native image ads for performance-driven DTC campaigns.
- Strong creative strategy skills — you understand why an ad works, not just how to make it look pretty.
- Competency with AI video and image generation tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any cutting-edge AI that enhances ad production).
- A strong portfolio showcasing direct response video and native ads (Meta/Facebook preferred) with real performance metrics.
- Ability to consistently deliver 3–6 ad concepts per week (video + native image mix).
- Deep understanding of ad metrics and a data-informed creative process.
- Experience scripting and storyboarding short-form video ads (15s–60s).
- You thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
