JOB DESCRIPTION
CREATIVES
- Do a QA inspection of the completed task and based on the brief and standards provided
- Knows how to guide tea
- Ensure that all creatives are high-quality and passes all critical points
- Forecast possible creative needs and create a strategy to increase sales and performance
- Create Briefs for Image Ad Creators
CREATIVE STRATEGY
- Increase creative performance by understanding the impact through performance monitoring of RoAS, CTR and Revenue.
- Collaborate with the team and co-leads to ensure that creatives produced will support the business performance increase.
- Preferably someone with experience in creating video briefs and a solid understanding of key metrics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC, and CVR.
Qualification:
- Strong Creative Background
- Understands Creative Analytics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC and CVR
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday
