JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team and help develop high-performing creative concepts for our DTC brands.

You’ll be responsible for researching winning angles, understanding our customers, analyzing competitors and ad performance, and turning those insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for our editors and creators.

Key Responsibilities
Research new creative angles, hooks, concepts, and offers
Conduct competitor and market research using Meta Ad Library and other creative research tools
Analyze existing ad performance to identify winning and losing patterns
Develop detailed creative briefs for UGC, statics, advertorial-style ads, and short-form video
Create multiple hook and concept variations for systematic testing
Work closely with media buyers, video editors, designers, and UGC creators
Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline and swipe file
Stay on top of current DTC advertising trends and emerging creative formats
Continuously iterate on winning ads instead of constantly starting from scratch
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC/e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative
Ability to turn customer pain points, desires, objections, reviews, and research into compelling ad concepts
Strong understanding of hooks, messaging, positioning, storytelling, and offers
Comfortable analyzing creative performance and using data to guide the next round of concepts
Highly organized and able to manage multiple concepts and tests simultaneously
Strong written English and communication skills

Nice to Have:
Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or supplement brands is a strong advantage.
