JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Strategist & Copywriter — Full Time

We're a fast-growing DTC health & supplement brand scaling native-style social
ads and video creative, and we're hiring a Creative Strategist & Copywriter to
own our creative output end to end.

This is a broad, hands-on role and we're upfront about it. You'll own
everything creative — the native ads you write yourself, the video ads you
concept and direct our editors to produce, and the landing pages you brief and
shape. Half the job is rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done to a
high standard and a fast turnaround. The other half is you driving the
strategy: bringing your own concepts, spotting what's working in the market
before we do, and proposing the angles and ideas nobody asked for yet.

We want someone who treats this brand like it's their own.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Native & written ads
- Personally write the bulk of our ad copy — you're a doer, not just a director
- Write native-style ads end to end: hook posts, planted comment threads,
expert/doctor comments, long-form advertorials

Video creative & directing editors
- Concept video ads from scratch — hooks, angles, scripts, shot ideas, overlays
- Direct and brief our video editors: tell them exactly what to make, give
clear creative direction, and review their cuts until they're right
- Plan video creative across UGC, avatar/voiceover, advertorial and static-to-
video formats — and keep a steady pipeline of fresh ideas flowing to the team
- Own the iteration loop on video — what hook, what edit, what's worth
re-cutting, what's worth scaling

Strategy & funnels
- Research and decode the winning ads (native AND video) of top brands in our
space — find what's scaling, understand exactly WHY, adapt the best to us
- D ---------- on and brief new landing pages and product pages — what angle, what
structure, what will actually convert
- Iterate relentlessly — test, read the data, scale winners, kill losers, then
iterate again off whatever wins
- Map ads, hooks and funnels across different audiences and awareness stages
- Bring your own concepts and big ideas off your own back — we want a
strategist who initiates, not one who waits to be handed a task
- Take on whatever the business needs — this is a do-whatever-it-takes role,
no task is too small and nothing is "not my job"

STRONG COPYWRITER — NON-NEGOTIABLE
This role writes. You'll personally produce native posts, comment threads,
expert/doctor comments and long-form advertorials — not just brief other people
to. We need someone who can write authentic, native, scroll-stopping copy that
doesn't read like an ad, switch between voices and awareness stages, and turn
around volume without the quality dropping. If you can strategise but can't
write, this isn't the role.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A genuine hard worker — high output, fast turnaround, dependable, no chasing
- A strong writer AND a sharp visual/video thinker — comfortable owning both
- Can give editors clear, confident creative direction and hold a quality bar
- Equally comfortable executing a clear brief AND running with your own ideas
- Obsessed with DTC advertising — you study the ad libraries for fun
- A self-directed strategist who initiates rather than waits to be told
- Someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks, and takes pride in the results

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who wants to genuinely
shape a brand — not just clock in and out. The harder you work and the better
your ideas, the more rope and responsibility you'll be given. If you want a job
where you can think big, move fast, and actually see your own concepts go live
and scale across native and video, this is it.

TO APPLY
Send your CV plus 2–3 examples of work you've created — native ad copy you've
written and/or video ads you've concepted or directed (and, if you have them,
what they were modelled on or how they performed). Shortlisted candidates will
be asked to complete a short paid task — because for a role this hands-on, we
want to see how you actually think and create.
