We’re looking for a Creative Strategist / CMO to help us scale a fast-growing agency working with local service businesses (painters & window companies) running Meta ads.
?? This role is NOT just about making ads…
The goal is to create high-performing ad concepts, copy, and frameworks that we can PRODUCTIZE and deploy across multiple clients.
This is not a "make ads and see what sticks" role. We need someone who thinks in systems. One winning angle should become 12 variations across 6 clients. If you've never productised creative before, this isn't the right fit.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing our fulfillment team (AI content generation + video editors)
• Creating NEW ad concepts, scripts, and creative angles
• Writing ad copy, hooks, and headlines that convert
• Building repeatable frameworks/templates we can reuse across clients
• Developing scroll-stopping visuals and variations
• Leading creative direction across all accounts
• Turning winning ads into scalable systems
You’re a great fit if you:
• Have experience with Meta ads (especially for local services)
• Understand direct response + performance marketing deeply
• Think in frameworks, not just one-off ideas
• Can turn winning creatives into repeatable systems
• Are organized and can manage a team effectively
What we need from you
• Direct response background. Meta ads experience for local service businesses specifically. You need to understand that a painter's customer is not a SaaS buyer, and the copy should sound nothing like one.
• You think in frameworks and you document them. If your creative process lives in your head, that's a problem here.
• You can manage people without babysitting them. Two editors, one AI specialist. Clear briefs, fast feedback, no drama
Details:
• Remote (US hours: 9AM–5PM)
• Pay: $5–$8/hour (based on experience & results)
