Creative Strategist:

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Part-Time Creative Strategist with 2–3 years of experience to develop compelling marketing concepts and campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven thinking to create engaging brand experiences across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts that support marketing and business goals.
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare creative briefs and provide strategic direction for content, design, and advertising.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on insights and data.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital platforms.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, digital marketing, advertising, or a related role.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing.
Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Experience with AI-powered creative tools and marketing automation platforms.
Basic understanding of design principles and creative production workflows.
