JOB OVERVIEW

# Creative Strategist for Fast-Growing eCommerce Brand

We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Creative Strategist to join our team.

Your mission is simple: create winning ad concepts that drive sales.

This is not a media buying role and it's not a video editing role. Your job is to understand the market, identify what works, develop new creative angles, and work closely with our editors to turn ideas into high-performing ads.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes direct-response marketing, understands consumer psychology, and knows how to create ads that stop the scroll and convert.

## What You'll Do

* Research competitors and analyze winning ads in our market
* Study customer pain points, objections, desires, and motivations
* Identify creative trends and opportunities
* Develop new ad concepts and marketing angles
* Write scripts for UGC and direct-response ads
* Create detailed creative briefs for our editing team
* Work closely with editors throughout the production process
* Review finished creatives and provide feedback for improvements
* Analyze performance data and identify what's working and what isn't
* Continuously generate new concepts for testing and scaling

## What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for eCommerce brands
* Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
* Deep knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising
* Ability to identify winning creative patterns
* Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to think strategically and creatively
* Experience working with editors and creative teams

## Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience managing large creative testing programs
* Experience working with 7-figure or 8-figure eCommerce brands
* Understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral marketing
* Experience with UGC advertising
* Familiarity with tools such as Motion, Foreplay, AdSpy, PiPiAds, or similar research platforms
